INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix using 'all in method' till dough develops smooth consistency.
Beat all the ingredients at slow speed, and then at high
speed for 2 minutes.
Rest time 10 minutes. • Scale dough as required, then proof for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 190-205°C for about 30-35 minutes.
