This masala bread mix aromatic and flavourful mix that can be enjoyed just plain, as it is already loaded with the fabulous flavours of garlic herbs and spices.Alternatively, you can brush it with a little butter and toast it, or make a sandwich with cheese and sliced veggies. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix using 'all in method' till dough develops smooth consistency.
Beat all the ingredients at slow speed, and then at high speed for 2 minutes.
Rest time 10 minutes. • Scale dough as required, then proof for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 190-205°C for about 30-35 minutes.
